Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide patient care in post-acute care facilities
  2. Monitor vital signs and report regularly to the nursing team
  3. Observe patients' conditions and alert supervising staff to concerns or emergencies
  4. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
  5. Maintain a clean environment by changing linens, sanitizing surfaces, and performing other tasks
  6. Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare staff
  7. Communicate with family members and visitors, addressing their concerns
  8. Ensure patient safety and comfort while moving them safely and comfortably
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
