Patient Care Coordinator

J. Edward Staffing LLC is seeking a reliable and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to patients in various healthcare settings.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with their daily needs, including assisting with personal care activities, providing emotional support, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. You will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing personalized care to each patient.
This is a full-time position, with a guaranteed 5 shifts per week. Shift times are from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Salary: $32,500 - $37,000 per year.
