Lawrence Operator, LLC is a 30+ acre campus that comprises various facilities including an Assisted Living facility, Sub-Acute Rehab center, Acute Rehab center, and Outpatient Rehab.
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per year
Job Description:
As a Senior Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing basic resident care under the direction of nursing staff. This includes performing duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving residents, and changing linens.
You will also provide health and supportive services to ensure all resident needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help residents with mobility and transfers
- Assist with mealtime and snacks
Qualifications:
- CNA licensure in the state of New Jersey
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
