About the Role:

As a Sales and Service Coordinator at Sephora, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for every client. Your responsibilities will include supporting all aspects of sales and service initiatives, coordinating paid services, events, and classes, implementing loyalty programs, handling cash, and training the store team on service offerings, customer experience, and other key areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Sales and Service Initiatives: Ensure an exceptional shopping experience by supporting all aspects of sales and service initiatives.
  • Coordinating Paid Services, Events, and Classes: Coordinate paid services, events, and classes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Implementing Loyalty Programs: Support the implementation of loyalty programs to reward and retain customers.
  • Handling Cash: Responsible for cash handling to ensure a smooth checkout process.
  • Training Store Team: Educate teams on service offerings, customer experience, and other key areas to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
  • Passion for client service and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
