This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role that requires a recent college graduate or up to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency with modern workplace technology.
Key Responsibilities- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, correspondence, and key projects.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments and team workflows.
- Strategic Coordination: Act as a liaison between the CEO and staff, driving initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Process Optimization: Implement tech-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and foster a collaborative work environment.
