Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide complex administrative support to the Vice President of Finance & Administration and Vice President of Strategic Planning & Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and itineraries
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and systems
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least three years of work experience in a clerical environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
