Key Responsibilities
  • Board Coordination: Lead financial and programmatic operations with the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and objectives.
  • Employee Leadership and Development: Lead all aspects of hiring and development of staff to deliver outstanding services, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Program Development: Implement the Annual Operations Plan, Five Year Strategic Plan, and Resource Development Plan, driving growth and innovation in our programs and services.
  • Program Operation: Ensure compliance with all Board-approved policies and required conditions, maintaining the highest standards of quality and accountability.
  • Fundraising and Grant Writing: Lead efforts to secure funding from foundations, corporations, and government entities, leveraging relationships and partnerships to drive growth and sustainability.
  • Fiscal Controls and Budget Management: Lead the organization's budget and advise on fiscal improvement opportunities, ensuring financial stability and responsible stewardship.
