Objective:

The Logistics Administrative Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring efficient operations by managing data entry tasks in SEAMS and Salesforce, overseeing metro card distribution, and maintaining accurate records in the online Time Keeping System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and verify daily updates on client reports.
  • Generate client photo IDs and manage replacements for lost or stolen cards.
  • Input data into SEAMS, Salesforce, Online Time Keeping, and Metro card Roster.
  • Distribute metro cards to clients while maintaining a precise log of all transactions.
  • Conduct follow-up calls post-Orientation sessions for clients who do not attend.
  • Record FTR in SEAMS for clients who miss the same-day Orientation.
  • Log Daily New Referrals for the following day's Orientation.
  • Prepare transportation reports for the Fiscal Department and manage metro card inventory. Reconcile all metro card documentation.
  • Perform additional tasks, including answering phone calls, welcoming clients, and submitting regular reports.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two years of clerical experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong background in customer service.
  • Prior experience in data entry and file management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in social services or a customer service-oriented environment is beneficial.
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) and English proficiency is preferred but not essential.
