Key Responsibilities:
- Drive vehicle sales by engaging potential customers and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Inform customers about vehicle features, financing options, and additional products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, pricing strategies, and dealership promotions.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets established by the Sales Manager.
- Follow up with clients to guarantee satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Participate in promotional events to generate leads and boost sales.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to optimize sales potential.
- Complete all necessary documentation related to sales transactions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
