Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive vehicle sales by engaging potential customers and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Inform customers about vehicle features, financing options, and additional products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, pricing strategies, and dealership promotions.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets established by the Sales Manager.
  • Follow up with clients to guarantee satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Participate in promotional events to generate leads and boost sales.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to optimize sales potential.
  • Complete all necessary documentation related to sales transactions.
Assist with inventory oversight and ensure a tidy and organized showroom.
Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
