Biotech Automation Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Biotech Automation Specialist to join our team at Piper Companies. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our biopharma facilities can meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients.
About the Role: In this results-oriented position, you will wear many hats. You will assess our current facility's capabilities, identify areas for improvement, and spearhead the development and implementation of strategic plans to bridge the gap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and client services to ensure our facilities can deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process optimization
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
- Background in process engineering, MS&T, engineering, or process development
- BS degree or higher in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including $80 - $100/hr, medical, dental, vision, 401 enrollment, and negotiable PTO and holiday pay.
