You will manage all facets of the Tech Production systems, collaborating closely with geographically dispersed support and development teams to establish a leading support organization for Corporate Banking IT.

- Create opportunities for team members to broaden their skill sets and develop well-rounded professionals
- Experience in IT within large corporate settings, particularly in controlled production environments or Financial Services Technology in client-facing roles
- Familiarity with SRE principles and experience implementing Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and its associated control gates, including Agile and DevOps practices, as well as complex IT infrastructures (UNIX, Database, Middleware, including Cloud technologies)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to manage incidents, conduct problem management, and effectively communicate with business and operations stakeholders
- Experience in implementing SRE models or substantial exposure to Agile and DevOps practices
- Solid understanding of databases (Oracle/MSSQL, etc.), including experience writing SQL scripts and queries
- Hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux, Solaris, Java J2EE, PERL, Python, PowerShell scripts, Bash, Ansible, Control-M, Connect: Direct, Message Queue (MQ), Kafka, Informatica
- Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Agile Frameworks, Geneos, Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, and knowledge of Cloud technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline (or equivalent experience) and ITIL Foundations Certificate
