Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer with expertise in cloud engineering to enhance our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in automation and monitoring, focusing on identifying and mitigating TOIL within existing systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to optimize operations.
  • Define and create Customer User Journeys (CUJ), Service Level Objectives (SLO), Service Level Indicators (SLI), and Error Budgeting based on Non-Functional Requirements (NFR).
  • Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, GitHub, and Docker Images.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages including Bash, PowerShell, Python, and Ansible.
  • Work with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes.
  • Apply experience in reducing TOIL within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or IT operations environments.

SCM Tools Knowledge:
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and SonarQube is essential.
