Job Purpose

The Paid Social Manager will report directly to the Director of Media Buying and Planning and will be an integral part of our expanding team of in-house media specialists. This role focuses on the development and management of large-scale digital advertising campaigns across various paid social media platforms for BritBox North America and other regions.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, KPI-driven environment, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities and project management skills. A keen eye for detail, strategic thinking, and a passion for mentoring a team are essential. This individual will set high standards for themselves and their colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in paid social media platforms (Meta experience is essential; familiarity with Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snap is advantageous).
  • Experience in an agency setting managing significant accounts is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing biddable channels to achieve ambitious business objectives.
  • Background in subscription-based businesses and the entertainment sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate, plan, and execute paid social strategies to drive subscription growth for BritBox.
  • Oversee all campaign setups and conduct thorough quality assurance of paid social media purchases across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance daily against established KPIs.
  • Provide insights on audience targeting, creative strategies, and other optimization opportunities for performance channels.
  • Implement in-platform optimizations based on campaign results and areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to address challenges proactively.
  • Manage budget pacing and financial reconciliations.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key platform partners.

At BritBox, we embrace flexible working arrangements. To support our expansion into new markets, some responsibilities may require work outside of standard business hours to align with international time zones.
