Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at #TeamGoHealthSalesIL. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in engaging new and existing members through inbound and outbound calls to help them maximize their plans based on their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and plans.
- Field inbound calls and route them to the appropriate channels to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Adhere to scripts and required talking points as directed to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Provide an excellent customer service experience for all callers, meeting or exceeding department KPIs.
- Determine when to escalate consumer calls to a supervisor to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Complete all training requirements to stay up-to-date on our services and plans.
- Navigate between multiple screens and systems to efficiently manage customer interactions.
- Comply with and understand Federal CMS and State legal standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
- 1+ years of sales, customer service, or retail experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
- Basic computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- 1+ years of experience in a metric-driven and sales environment.
- 1+ years of achieving sales and retention goals.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
