Retention Advocate Job Description

At #TeamGoHealthSalesIL, we're seeking a skilled Retention Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in engaging new and existing members through inbound and outbound calls to help them maximize their plans based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to potential customers to promote our plans and services.
  • Field inbound calls and route them to the appropriate channels to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Adhere to scripts and required talking points as directed to maintain consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience for all callers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Determine when to escalate consumer calls to a supervisor to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all training requirements to stay up-to-date on our products and services.
  • Navigate between multiple screens and systems to efficiently manage customer interactions.
  • Comply with and understand Federal CMS and State legal standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of Sales, Customer Service, or Retail experience.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills to deliver a high-quality experience for all customers.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 1+ years of experience within a metric-driven and sales environment.
  • 1+ years of achieving sales and retention goals.
  • High School diploma.
