We are seeking a qualified Recovery Mentor for our Clinical Services department. This role will involve working with individuals who are struggling with substance abuse and mental health disorders, providing guidance, support, and resources to aid in their recovery.

Job Summary:

  • Provide education and support to service recipients on all aspects of the recovery journey
  • Maintain project logs, reports, and records in accordance with agency protocols
  • Respond to community response calls as directed by dispatcher or supervisor
  • Develop and implement personalized recovery plans for each client
  • Foster relationships with community groups and agencies to provide comprehensive support services
  • Monitor client progress and adjust recovery plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Certification as a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment
  • Minimum 12 months of experience working with individuals with substance abuse and mental health disorders
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
