Job Summary

The Registered Client Service Associate is a key role that combines in-depth knowledge of financial services with a strong understanding of industry standards and practices. This position requires excellent analytical skills, effective communication, and diplomacy to exchange complex information with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality wealth management services to clients, working closely with Banker teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assess risk and make informed business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
  • Manage multiple deadlines, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and maintain attention to detail in problem-solving and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging expertise in operations and compliance to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of investments, banking, and credit products, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to obtain Series 7/63 or 7/66 licenses or demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience.
