Job Summary

The Licensed Client Service Associate is a key role within Citigroup Inc., responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support to clients with guidance from the Banker teams. This position requires a strong understanding of industry standards and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver wealth management services to clients, working closely with Banker teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assess risk and make business decisions, demonstrating a strong understanding of the firm's reputation and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage multiple concurrent deadlines, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills to meet the needs of Banker teams and clients.
  • Analyze data and problem-solve, demonstrating attention to detail and a strong ability to communicate complex information to clients.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of investments, banking, and credit products, with a strong background in operations and compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Citigroup Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $61,000 to $109,280, as well as discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs.
