Job Summary

The Middlesex Corporation is a leading heavy civil construction company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our field office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, record labor, equipment, material, and supply resources, and interface with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Manage payroll submissions, collect and scan delivery tickets and correspondence, and provide primary support for office equipment and tenant issues.
  • Assist with clerical tasks, errands, and maintaining an orderly office management system, and coordinate with HR for new hire orientations.
  • Supervise the purchase and handling of office supplies.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree or equivalent work experience desired.
  • Minimum of 3 years administrative experience.
  • Construction experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
