Our youth hostels serve as an ideal hub for educational trips, recreational getaways, or cultural excursions. We are a charitable organization dedicated to making hostelling accessible to everyone, fostering experiences for guests from diverse backgrounds.

As a Hostel Operations Support member, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks including comprehensive reception services, guest check-in/out, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with basic food preparation. Flexibility is key, as tasks and priorities may shift during peak times.

You should possess excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating within a team environment. It is essential to show support and respect for your colleagues, especially as some team members may reside on-site.
