Job Title: CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at HealthCare Support. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CT scanners, preparing patients for scans, and ensuring accurate and high-quality imaging results.

Job Summary:

This is a travel opportunity for a CT Technologist to work in Overland Park, Kansas. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CT scanners, a strong understanding of imaging protocols, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain CT scanners to ensure optimal performance and image quality
  • Prepare patients for scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly
  • Conduct quality control checks on CT scanners to ensure accurate and reliable results
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and protocols
Requirements:
  • Appropriate licensure within the state
  • BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • 1+ year of experience working with CT scanners
  • Strong understanding of imaging protocols and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
