The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional corporate environments, with the ability to seamlessly complete calendar, messaging, event coordination, and administrative tasks. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively across teams, and a genuine understanding of professional corporate business administration operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the CEO, managing calendar, project updates, and maintaining strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for administrative improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and performance.
  • Manage assigned projects from inception to completion, creating PowerPoint Presentations and delivering presentations to groups of people.
  • Compose and transcribe comprehensive notes, plans, objectives, and step-by-step processes.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of four years in a corporate or health care environment with Senior Executive Assistant responsibilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Tech Savvy, Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Project, Excel, Word, and standard computer programs required.

Competitive Salary $95,000 - $118,000 DOE, plus excellent Benefits
