Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the President & CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office. This role will serve as the gatekeeper, managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating logistics, and handling confidential matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and projects.
  • Provide confidential administrative support, including preparing documents, emails, and presentations, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer and Chief People Officer with calendar management and special projects.
  • Coordinate events, including setup, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Supervise junior-level staff, providing guidance and training on internal processes and systems.
  • Maintain company records, ensuring compliance with applicable record-keeping requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience providing administrative support to C-Level Executives or Board of Directors.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
