Position Overview:

  • On-Site Installations: Execute on-site installations of advanced security systems.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to deliver technical knowledge during pre-sales engagements.
  • T1 Level Debugging: Identify and rectify technical challenges associated with AI-driven security screening systems.
  • Customer Support on Site: Provide on-site technical assistance, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and educate security staff.
  • Communication with Customers: Ensure clear and effective communication with clients, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical support, installation, and maintenance of intricate systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and capability to troubleshoot technical challenges proficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is preferred.

**Travel required:** 33%-50% of the time
