Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Fortive Corporation. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers across the United States and internationally.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and perform application analysis of customer products
  • Perform application studies and generate finding reports for customer submission
  • Develop testing procedures to optimally address and meet customer expectations of the testing
  • Travel across the US and internationally to support customers with equipment installations, trainings, and buyoff
  • Perform system and software capability demonstrations
  • Attend classes, events, and remain up to date with the latest technology and applications offered by Sonix
Qualifications:
  • Technology industry professional experience (1-3 years) or educated in a technical field such as Engineering, Physics or Applied Sciences
  • High level technical capacity
  • Proven effective written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize work, and to meet expectations
  • Knowledge of ultrasonic inspection and microelectronics is helpful
  • Open to travel within the United States with occasional international travel up to 40%
