Job Summary: The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Sales Executive, ensuring efficient operation of the sales department. This role involves managing schedules, preparing business materials, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings. Proficiency in presentation software is required for creating and editing professional presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Sales Executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and format business presentations in presentation software for internal and external meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including correspondence and reports.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials.
  • Assist with preparing business reports, documents, and sales-related materials.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage documentation efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support the Sales Executive in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in presentation software, with the ability to create and edit professional presentations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting sales or marketing executives.
  • Familiarity with business software and sales processes.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Relevant experience in an administrative or executive support role.
