A prominent homebuilder is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support their Legal Department in Houston, TX. This role focuses on processing and tracking executed land contracts, managing updates, and maintaining organized documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter critical dates on land contracts and track changes and updates.
  • Process payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as copying, filing, saving, indexing, and organizing transactional documents.
  • Update sales contract forms and data as directed by the Legal Department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate contracts.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and respond to time-sensitive requests.
Estimated Salary Range:$20.00-$25.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and training & growth opportunities.
