We are looking for a highly skilled Contract Administration Manager to join our team at Perry Homes, LLC. As a key member of our contracts department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our company's contracts.

The estimated salary for this position is around $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on industry standards and national averages.

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as ensuring internal approvals are received for contract deviations that arise during negotiations.

You will also be responsible for tracking critical contract dates, deadlines, and progress on contract-related tasks, and following up with internal stakeholders to drive progress.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of contract law and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
