**Job Overview**

TPI Staffing, Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Contract Administration Department, you will be responsible for processing contract packages, supporting the department, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

**Estimated Salary:** $18.00 per hour

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Process Earnest Money Contract Package with precision and attention to detail.
  • Receive and process Earnest Money via Mail, Wires, and E-Payment's in a secure and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of received documentation and data entry with high accuracy.
  • Utilize Power User skills in D365, Sales Hub, and PowerBI for reporting and analysis.
  • Filing customer's documentation through Virtual Contract Storage/MyAccount.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, sales professionals, and department leaders as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of contract administration or general administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
