About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Support Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of the Contract Administration Department, you will be responsible for processing contract packages, preparing letters, and providing support at the Front Desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Earnest Money Contract Package.
  • Prepare letters to homebuyers and realtors.
  • Perform miscellaneous copying and filing.
  • Provide support at the Front Desk, answering phones and directing communication.

Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  2. 1-2 years of general office/support experience.
  3. MS Office products; including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
