Position Summary:

Join our innovative team at DSC USA LLC as a Project Coordinator I, where you will be instrumental in transforming foam engineering and influencing the future of the sports and footwear sectors. In this role, you will oversee projects with leading brands in the global footwear market, managing project scope and facilitating communication between local brands and our Asia-based offices and manufacturing sites. You will be at the forefront of our strategic efforts, dedicated to delivering exceptional comfort and performance to athletes.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Partner with global brands, Tier 1 partners, DSC Project Managers, and Sales Teams to lead innovative footwear projects. Your creativity and teamwork will be key to driving progress.
  • Presentation Skills: Take the lead in delivering engaging product presentations to our footwear brand partners. Your ability to captivate and motivate will be crucial to our success.
  • Organizational Support: Act as the backbone of our projects, providing essential administrative and organizational assistance to ensure smooth operations. Your attention to detail will keep us on track.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project records to create a detailed narrative. Your documentation will guide us through challenges and adaptations.
  • Resource Coordination: Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively. Your resourceful approach will help us achieve our objectives efficiently.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and evolving customer needs. Your insights will inform our product strategies.
  • Creative Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to convert market research into actionable insights. Your creativity will help bring new products to market.

  • Travel Opportunities: Be prepared for international travel, which will comprise approximately 25% of your role. Engaging with our global partners will broaden your perspective.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant project coordination experience in a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with project management tools. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
  • Passion for Products: A genuine enthusiasm for materials and products is highly valued. Our company is product-focused, and your passion for our industry is essential.
  • Willingness to Travel: Must be open to domestic and international travel, approximately 25% of the time.
Bonus: Background in the Footwear sector, Material Science, Product Creation, Engineering, or Design is advantageous and aligns with our core values.
