About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traffic Engineer - Project Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the transportation planning and design team, you will be responsible for leading transportation planning, traffic study, and design assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively interact with staff to deliver project solutions
  • Mentor engineering staff in all phases of transportation planning and traffic signal design
  • Preparation of technical traffic memorandums, studies, and reports
  • Preparation of signal design plans, specifications, and estimates
  • Supporting role in client meetings and public presentations

Requirements

  • BS in civil engineering or related field
  • Licensed PE required, PTOE a plus
  • 7+ years of transportation/traffic design experience
  • Familiarity with MUTCD and MassDOT design manuals, standards, and procedures
