Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at the Canal Winchester Care Center in Canal Winchester, OH.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their optimal level of functioning, and building trusting relationships with residents and family members.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care and services
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality outcomes
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Current RN License in the State of Ohio
- Current CPR Certification
- Prior experience with PointClickCare a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
