We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering patient care to an assigned group of patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This includes delegating tasks to and supervising other members of the patient care team, communicating effectively with patients and families, and maintaining accurate and complete documentation.

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare disciplines to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduate from a school of nursing, BSN preferred.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Previous healthcare experience, in an acute hospital setting preferred.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
The Registered Nurse will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate effectively with patients and families, and maintain accurate and complete documentation.
