Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering patient care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, utilizing the nursing process within the standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines of Trinity Health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient care for an assigned group of patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring that individualized care is provided to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare disciplines to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Document patient care accurately and thoroughly, utilizing electronic medical records and other documentation tools.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from a school of nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
  • Previous healthcare experience, in an acute hospital setting preferred.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
