About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of healthcare services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a home healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up medical equipment
  • Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
