Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our medical team at Mount Carmel Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act and the mission of Mount Carmel Health System.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare disciplines to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred.
