Job Title: Registered Nurse - RN

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Altercare Integrated Health Services. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse - RN will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and services
  • Conducting patient assessments and developing plans of care
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed
Requirements:

To be successful as a Registered Nurse - RN at Altercare Integrated Health Services, you will need:

  • A current Registered Nurse licensure in Ohio
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
