Key Responsibilities:
  1. Invoice Processing: Prepare and process invoices for payment, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
  2. Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger journal entries and expense reports.
  3. Auditing and Compliance: Assist with audits and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and laws.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and research skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
