About the Role

The Senior Portfolio Manager will work closely with senior management in the Equipment Finance division to ensure that servicing performance and operational strategies are aligned with the organization's competitive path.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Oversight: Lead a collections recovery team, monitoring and measuring key performance indicators, service level agreements, and work volume to develop standards, improvements, or changes to workflows and resource allocation.
  • Managerial Functions: Assess daily work for accuracy, process improvements, and efficiencies, maintaining detailed documentation on associate performance and supervisory actions.
  • Business Support: Support the development of internal procedures, policies, and work processes to achieve operational goals, maintaining a strong knowledge of Equipment Finance Business and Operations, including policies and procedures, risk and controls, and collection programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Leadership, Portfolio Analysis, Collections
  • OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Leadership, Portfolio Analysis, Collections
  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Suite and Operating Systems
  • Post-charge-off collections experience
  • People management experience
  • Preferred Qualifications: Outside Collections Agencies (OCA) management, experience with debt sales
