Restaurant General Manager Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Restaurant General Manager at HZ Ops Holdings, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant. This includes ensuring that all company standards are met, company policies and procedures are followed, and costs are properly controlled. You will also be responsible for communicating clearly with employees, supervising them effectively, and ensuring their assignments are completed properly.
**Inventory Management**
You will be responsible for inventorying supplies and reordering items as needed. This will ensure that fresh product is continually available to serve customers. You will also be responsible for adjusting the Par Prep Sheet to ensure that inventory levels are optimal.
**Labor Management**
You will be responsible for observing and guiding crewmembers as they perform their assignments. You will also be responsible for reallocating labor and coordinating overall operations to ensure that customers are served quickly and efficiently.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have one year of experience in food-service management. Preferably, you will have six months of experience as an Assistant Manager.
