Job Summary:
We are looking for a natural leader who can motivate and guide a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our high standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Oversee restaurant operations, including inventory management, food quality, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role, preferably with Pizza Hut.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to our company values.
