Join Our Team as a Structural Bridge Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated Structural Engineer to become a vital member of our Transportation and Infrastructure Team.

This role will encompass the analysis, design, and evaluation of various bridge types, including highway, rail, and pedestrian structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively within the Bridge Practice.
  • Conduct thorough analysis, design, and inspection of bridges and associated structures.
  • Lead and support structural design efforts on selected projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members (for Senior Engineer roles).
  • Champion safety initiatives and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist in maintaining the quality of project deliverables from the Bridge Group.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in structural engineering design.
  • Possession of a South Carolina Professional Engineer (PE) license is essential.
  • Strong analytical and design capabilities, with a solid understanding of related engineering disciplines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with clients and team members.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $94,102.00.
