Insight Global is actively searching for a Senior Bridge Engineering Specialist. The individual will be responsible for leading the design efforts on various bridge projects, ensuring compliance with VDOT standards and regulations. Key tasks include:

  • Conducting comprehensive QA/QC evaluations of engineering outputs.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients through meetings and negotiations.
  • Proactively preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Representing the organization at public forums and meetings.
  • Driving project goals to successful completion.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in bridge design.
  • Familiarity with VDOT processes and standards.
  • Demonstrated experience as a lead design engineer with design-build project involvement.
  • Strong negotiation and client engagement skills.
