Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator to join our team at Quest Global. As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and review concession requests from originators to ensure completeness and adherence to design assessment requirements.
  • Collate inputs for design assessment and initiate concession submissions via SAP.
  • Monitor and expedite workflow by interacting with stakeholders and ensuring timely processing of concession requests.
  • Track and report concession status and progress through final closure.
  • Return completed concessions to originators and copy stakeholders.
  • Store all records and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • AS degree in a technical field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Non-degreed or non-technical degreed candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Technical certifications are a plus.

Working Environment:

  • Office and shop floor environments, including movement and teardown of parts.
  • Service-oriented, with the ability to meet multiple commitments for Quest's customers.
  • Common activities include sitting, walking, and standing.
  • Substantial amounts of computer work.
  • Heavily regulated industry with strict adherence to procedures.
  • Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late, arriving early, or working overtime.
  • Ability to use personal transportation for work, customer, and other purposes.
  • Potential office/home hybrid work scenarios.
  • Due to the nature of the work and data access, all candidates must hold 'U.S. Citizen' or 'US Person' status.
