Sales Associate

At Anthropologie, we're seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will contribute to driving sales through providing a genuine and unique experience to each customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate genuine conversations to engage with customers in a personalized way, making all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
- Support a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
- Provide a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.
Teamwork + Communication
- Build productive relationships with peers, asking for support when needed and making an effort to help others.
- Participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire the customer.
- Contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
- Provide insights related to the customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
Visual + Business Operations
- Understand your contribution to service and selling on every shift to impact the store's business.
- Support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, including what's new and what's restock, and contribute to the completion of omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels of the floor.
- Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer and staying current on merchandising updates.
Requirements:
- Anthropologie brand fan
- Experience in customer service
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
