Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional maintenance services. As a key member of our Malace HR team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Maintenance Planning and Execution: Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and management, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to management on maintenance performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering results.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and procedures, including electrical and mechanical systems, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
