Overview:
The Private Bank Operations division is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our Private Bank clientele and the team members who assist them. This operational unit encompasses critical functions such as Fraud Prevention, Client Onboarding, Treasury Services, and Client Experience across Consumer, Commercial, and Business Banking Products. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager for the Implementation Department to oversee the Treasury Services team within Private Bank Operations. The selected candidate will manage the daily operations of onboarding functions, ensuring the effective delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct a team responsible for onboarding clients utilizing Citizens' products and services, including managing submissions from Bankers, Implementations, and New Account Setup (NASU) to Access Optima and Cash Flow Essentials.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure timely completion of implementations in alignment with business objectives to deliver a premier client experience.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of treasury products and solutions to inform strategic decisions that support business growth.
- Identify opportunities to enhance treasury processes and implement improvements to facilitate scalable growth, collaborating with business partners on key cross-functional initiatives.
- Stay updated on changes in payment platforms and the products and services offered to clients.
- Develop and manage operational procedures to ensure consistent execution of business processes.
- Contribute to risk assessment and management by evaluating potential impacts of decisions on the unit.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support long-term objectives.
- Assist senior management in business growth initiatives and ensure effective communication of strategic decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years)
• Minimum of 5 years in Operations Management
Work Schedule:
• Standard Hours: 40 per week
• Work Days: Monday to Friday
