As a Process Improvement Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the local or regional Lean strategy and translating it into actionable plans and projects.
  • Executing critical activities within the Lean Transformation, particularly by supporting and driving MDI & MWI with key teams.
  • Analyzing local processes and sharing knowledge on process optimization techniques.
  • Achieving significant improvements in process capability to minimize defects, variation, and costs.
  • Coordinating local and regional improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
  • Benchmarking against industry best practices and disseminating insights within the organization.
  • Communicating progress effectively to operational and Lean leadership.
  • Delivering project enhancements and documenting local business changes.
  • Leading projects aimed at continuous improvement in revenue and cost efficiency by applying operational excellence principles.
  • Reporting outcomes to the Lean Coach and relevant management members.
  • Acting as a proactive improvement agent and partner in enhancing business operations.
  • Deploying knowledge of Lean techniques and tools throughout the business change cycle.
  • Training others in Lean methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering, Finance, or a related field)
  • Certification in Six Sigma & Lean continuous improvement methodologies is required
  • Black Belt Certification (or in progress) is a must
  • 3-5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement or Project Management roles with increasing responsibilities
  • Manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
  • A strong passion for leading organizational change
  • Practical experience in Lean implementation and Continuous Improvement facilitation
  • Able to mentor and drive Lean culture change in diverse environments
