Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in a retail showroom environment. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless rental experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth consultations to customers to determine their rental needs and preferences
  • Offer expert style advice and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they look and feel their best
  • Communicate The Black Tux values and brand philosophy to customers, building brand loyalty and advocacy
  • Contribute to the development of innovative ideas to enhance the showroom experience and drive sales growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
